Vincenzo Genesio founded the company in the 1980s. Until today the company is managed by the family. Genesis has about 30 years of experience in the agri-food sector and produces a wide range of Sicilian products, most of which have a long shelf life.

Milazzo ∙ Flavors of Sicily

Handmade pasta durum wheat semolina exclusively from Sicilian origin.
It is a long-life “artisan pasta” with a duration of about 24 months from production. The slow production by bronze drawing produces a rough and porous product, able to preserve the wort optimally. The pasta is dried at a low temperature of up to 38 °, the latter process allows maintaining the organoleptic characteristics of the product.
